Spoken Lies, and Parents’ Tries…

When TNT says, “Do you like to write?” we’re really saying, “Send in your submissions!”

When guys say this to a girl... When guys say this to a girl...

When a guy says, “I’ll call ya, much later,” he really means, “I won’t call you.”

When a guy says, “I wish you were here, but anyway, I got to go,” he really means, “Yeah, I’m free tonight. The party is on.”

When a guy says, “How about we meet at the party?” he really means, “I want to check out the other hotties before you get there.”

When girls say this to a guy... When girls say this to a guy...

When a girl says, “Fine, do whatever you want,” she really means, “You’ll pay for that later.”

When a girl says, “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to say that,” she really means, “Whoops! I didn’t mean for you to hear that.”

When a girl says, “Where were you last night? I called but no one answered,” she really means, “I want to know if you are cheating on me.”

When parents say... When parents say...

When parents say, “Are you listening to me?” they really mean, “You’re in trouble.”

When parents say, “So how was your day? Tell me about it,” they really mean, “Let’s start to communicate.”

When parents say, “Where are you going?” they really mean, “I care and want to make sure you’re safe.”
