MAGIC HAPPENS when we come together as a community to GIVE!
With the start of a new school year, parents are faced with the daunting task. Ensuring that their children are equipped with the necessary tools for success, such as backpack give aways and essential school supplies. This growing need sparked two-days of giving and bring communities and supporters together.
Recognizing the widespread need for these items, lifelong friends Trayvon (Tray) Clayton, a community planner running for a political seat in his area. Professional CBA Basketball player Lindell Wigginton together orchestrated a very successful, community impact event. The Back-To-School Drive and campaign launch brought about positive change in their communities. Plus allowed youth to see other from their communities, come back to give back.
“Whatever you want to do in life, stick to it, put your mind to it, dedicate yourself to it and you can do it. ” Lindell Wigginton – The first Black Nova Scotian to play in the NBA and the first Nova Scotian to join the Milwaukee Bucks.
