During a school rally in the gym, some of my friends and I had a bet to see who could get to the other side of the gym the fastest during intermission. I started running then one of my shoes fell off. I tried to catch myself from falling but… NO LUCK. With my hands out to break my fall, I slid halfway across the room on my belly. Have you ever heard the sound of skin rubbing on a gym floor? Well, half the school did… before they started laughing at me… ouch and embarrassed.
